71 North Boyz - Cleveland Shuffle (from Hustle 101 year unknown)

The Cleveland Shuffle is some kind of odd dance in which you spin around in a circle to this weird looped version of Billy Jean. I have not found anything else on record by these cats, but there is a CDS of this track with some other joints on it. I'm too confused to tell if it's actually cool.
